MAAP follow a Building Information Modelling (BIM) workflow on all our projects based on Autodesk Revit used in conjunction with dRofus to carry detailed health planning information.

 

We implement BIM across the whole project lifecycle, from pre-planning stages where we have pioneered the use of Revit and dRofus to inform hospital site selection and clinical masterplanning, to the delivery of robust record data for post-occupancy evaluation and asset management. 

 

Our BIM workflow supports consistency across design stages resulting in a single, logical, and consistent source for all design information. In this way we provide a fully coordinated, object-oriented design data service in 3D and 2D form.
